The services provided to me by your company were of such quality and professionalism that I had to write to express what a pleasure doing business with everyone at Home Excel was, from beginning to end.

The gentleman who came to our home was so pleasant, professional and informative. We had spent time looking into our options and costs with other manufacturers. We thought we were “informed shoppers” until your salesman showed us the “real” difference in quality.

When it came time for the installation, your office staff were so prompt and attentive to me when I realized I was confused on my dates and had to have the installation moved up by a day in order to have everything done before my grandchildren arrived for their visit.

Your installer was prompt and very accommodating. He installed our complete home that day, worked through his lunch, and finished by 6:00PM. When he was finished you would never have known that a contractor had been working in or around our home, if it weren’t for the beautiful windows he had installed. There was no mess or debris left anywhere and our shrubs look great in our landscaping, but they made the installation a very difficult job.

As for the windows, I don’t know how to tell you how pleased we are. My husband had figured out what the payback time should be with the savings on our electric bill. This is our fifth bill and now he says it will be half the time he originally calculated, due to the dramatic difference in our bill. We are exceptionally pleased.

Our home has never looked so good! The windows are beautiful. They have changed the look and appeal of our home and rooms, from an “older home” to a home of elegance and style, something that I had not even thought about at the time we signed the contract. It was a wonderful bonus for us to see the change it made in our home. You brought our home up to date!

I must also say :thank you” for having a company where everyone involved is nothing short of prompt, courteous and professional. You must be a true man of character and quality yourself, in order to have every aspect of your company run in such a professional and efficient manner. Our hats are off to yo and to all of your staff. Definitely a class act!
